The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in Binibeca on the south east coast on the island of Menorca in the Balearics. The villa has uninterrupted views of the small bay which has a beautiful sandy beach, suitable for families. The panoramic view also encompasses many villas and boats as they pass by. The view to the side of the villa also extends to overlooking countryside towards the rear of the property. The walk to be beach is approx 5-10 minutes walk and we have access by some steps beside the villa which run down to the beach.

Binibeca is a pretty area with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. St Lluis, the nearest town is about 10 minutes drive or going on another 5 minutes or and this will bring you into Mahon, the capital of Menorca. This charming capital has many bars and restaurants in the town or take a walk along the Port and enjoy a coffee whilst soaking up the views and sunshine.

Snorkelling and diving are popular on the Island; golf can be played on the course at Son Parc on the north-east side of the Island. Children are welcome everywhere.
